F0685 — Treatment/Care for Dependent ADLs
F0685 requires the facility to provide care and services so that a resident's abilities in activities of daily living (ADLs) do not diminish unless clinically unavoidable, and that dependent residents receive the services needed to maintain function and hygiene.
